The VR Club stands out from other amusement parks with its unique use of color lighting. The designers used a variety of LED RGB items to create form and accents, changing the color to alter the perception and mood of the space. This innovative approach highlights functional areas and transports visitors to an unfamiliar environment.
Started in July 2018 and completed in December of the same year, the project was a race against time. Despite the tight deadlines, the designers focused on developing architectural drawings and furniture that would bring their extraordinary vision to life. The result is a futuristic interior that captivates and delights.
Spanning an area of around 1400 sq.m., the VR Club can accommodate approximately 200 people. The park is divided into several functional areas, including a bar that stretches over 18 meters, a VR class for training sessions and presentations, a VR-cafe, a meeting room, and a kids area. All these spaces are united by a light path that circles the bar, the centerpiece of the composition.
Located in Minsk, Belarus, in the shopping center "Green City", the VR Club is a testament to the possibilities of modern LED lighting and the balance between interior decoration and bright equipment. Despite the challenges of working within a tight timeframe and conducting physical works parallel to the design, the designers managed to preserve comfort in the amusement park atmosphere.
The VR Club's unique design has not gone unnoticed. In 2020, it was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award. This prestigious accolade is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation, and the VR Club certainly fits the bill. With its remarkable technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, it truly is a top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable design.
